It is built from aluminium layered steel with a three-layer structure. Because of the stainless steel handle, it may be placed in the oven. Its handle in stainless steel provides a solid, stable grip. This 6-litre pan is compatible with all cooktops, even induction. It is safe for washing and making cleaning and maintenance easy. With a diameter of about 20 cm, it can also be used in combination with the separately sold stainless steel lid.
